Rattlesnake Cove Beach Phoenix

Rattlesnake Cove Beach at Bartlett Reservoir located in Tonto National Park is  a place that will cool one during the hot phoenix summer days.

It is a short one hour drive from North Phoenix.

Also, it is place where one can get in touch with nature. One can see wild rabbits running within the forest, see the white beach, see the magnificent mountains in the back ground, and see the much different bird diversity. Also, be aware wild  javalina pigs crossed the highway road.

Rattlesnake cove is the best part of the reservoir where one can swim, soak the sun, or just relax

During, the summer the water temperature is perfect, and it feels really good seening the white sand beach. The sand it is almost white and not muddy, but rather hard from the lime stone material nearby just perfect for walking.

Also the water color is transparent and crispy. It is transparent when ones swim one can see their own legs and foots because the water is so transparent that one can see their body and sometimes the reservoir bottom.

Also, nothing beats a better view than the mountains in the background. The 5000 foot mountains add a special sense of place to its visitors; a unique sense being close to the wild and nature.
